Our ministry in house churches

Hello! We are the Juicov family. We would like to share with you our experience in house church ministry.

Why did we choose house churches?

It all started with a deep desire to share our faith with others. But we wanted to create a warmer environment than a large church. In a house church, everyone feels like part of the family, and it allows you to talk more openly about your feelings and experiences.

Benefits of house churches:

• Deep relationships: In a small circle it is easier to build trusting relationships, which fosters spiritual growth for each participant.
• Individualized attention: We can give each person attention, help them to understand their questions and find answers in the Bible.
• Flexibility: House churches are more flexible and can adapt to the needs of a particular group of people.
• Evangelization: In a home setting, it is easier to invite friends and acquaintances who do not yet believe in God.

How it all started

It wasn’t easy at first. We started our ministry three times, and all of those times we started the church from the beginning. The reason our groups closed was because of the labor migration of our church members to Europe. We remember gathering in our homes, reading the Bible together, praying, and just socializing. And now our group is growing and developing and the merit of our Lord is evident in this.

Our Goal

Our long-term goal is to establish a network of house churches throughout Moldova. Our dream is to have one house church for every 1000 people. This will allow us to reach everyone who needs support and spiritual growth.

Our Results

To date, there are already 28 house churches in Moldova, and this is just the beginning! We are seeing people’s lives changed through this ministry. They find hope, meaning in their lives, and grow closer to God.

What’s next?

We continue to actively develop this direction. We are organizing trainings for house church leaders, creating resources and materials for Bible studies. We believe that house churches are the future of the church in Moldova.
