From Soviet Silence to Finding Faith: Igor's Story
Raised in a non-religious family in Soviet Moldova, Igor's life took an unexpected turn at 11 years old. A chance encounter with a stranger led him to a youth meeting, where he heard the message of Jesus Christ for the first time. This sparked a journey of faith that transformed his life and calling. Eugenia's story and how we became a family.
Eugenia's faith blossomed at summer camp at age 13. Inspired by a theology course, she excelled in school, led her dormitory to Christ, and organized a Bible study group. Years later, our paths crossed in ministry and God blessed us with marriage and a growing family (4 boys!).
Our ministry together
Since 2013, Eugenia and I have been leaders of home churches and ministers of home groups in Moldova.
We serve in the plantation department of home churches and groups in Moldova and beyond in the East-West mission (https://www.eastwest.org/).
We are very happy and consider it an honor to serve in the East-West Mission, where we can fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
